Volunteering We have the following volunteering opportunities available at the moment: • Working on the Allotment   Allotment-work is based on the seasons, keep allotment tidy, maintained general gardening etc...2 references will be required before volunteering and an informal interview. • Stalls and Information   We also organise food stalls and information stalls concerning the business and healthy living. If anyone is interested in running a stall for us then training would be given.   We now have some volunteering funds available through the Green Garden Cafe. For all volunteering posts two references are needed as well as undertaking an informal interview. We will cover all travelling expenses based on the most effective way of travelling. For any work involving being around young people a CRB check will be required. We will also try to give as much back to any volunteers e.g. produce from the allotment, references, gaining skills learning new things, meeting new people etc. If you're interested in volunteering for Green Garden Cafe then please contact us NB: Green Garden Cafe cannot afford to pay for CRB checks or Food Hygiene certificates. However, if you're aged between 16 and 25 there may be funding available.
